Silverio was a battler, once. Ultimately a champion in his homeland, Paldea. Despite his past success as an accomplished pokémon trainer, he remains a student of life to this day. An Environmental Science major, with a degree to boot. He has ventured past Paldea's borders in the hope of advancing his studies, ultimately having landed in Hoenn, his service enlisted to the Rangers all the while.

PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE

WHAT CAN BE LOOKED UP

• Silverio Eligio Delfino was born and raised in Montenevera, Paldea.
• He is the second of five children, and the oldest male among them. His father married, then divorced, and finally re-married; Silv's two youngest siblings had culminated from his dad's second marriage.
• Prior to his arrival in Hoenn, he studied Environmental Science in one of Paldea's elite universities. He eventually earned a degree in that category only months prior to departing to Hoenn from there.
• As his studies in the aforementioned subject progressed, Silv had once participated in Paldea's Gym Circuit as part of his acclaimed "treasure hunt". He eventually became a Champion during his tenure in university.
• He is currently residing in Rustboro City; he is also stationed there for Ranger operations, although he's been known to be dispatched all-across Hoenn as per requests.

LEAGUE KNOWLEDGE

POINTS OF INTEREST FOR THE LEAGUE FACTION

• Silverio had joined up with the League shortly after arriving in Hoenn, from Paldea, approximately two years ago. He has been in service with the Pokémon Rangers since that time, having worked most closely with AIRI WATANABE and recently appointed captain Elise Calcifet during said time.
• In August 2024, Silv had assisted several other Rangers, as well as other League officials, as part of a rescue team in Sea Mauville. He had even managed to rescue a colleague, saskia volosenkova , during that time.
• Between duties, he has expressed interest in participating in Hoenn's Gym Circuit, but has sworn to put that on hold until a time where Hoenn is at least under less duress, in which case, he thinks that may likely never happen.

• If you've ever wondered why most of Silverio's Paldean championship-winning pokémon team isn't here in Hoenn with him, try asking him, and he'll probably tell you that they're all "retired" and that he has volunteered their services to his community at home - for the most part, that's a lie. The real reason may likely break your heart. Just days after earning his aforementioned degree, an environmental disaster led to the majority of his team's downfall. Amongst the pokémon on that team, only his starter - a Quaquaval - and Cerulegde had survived.
